    Unpack the plants carefully and place them in a location suitable for their light and temperature needs.
  • How should I handle the plant acclimatization process?
    Gradually introduce the plants to their new environment over several days to allow them to adapt. Start with short light exposures and gradually increase the time.
  • What is the best way to water and feed my newly received plants?
    Follow the specific recommendations for each type of plant regarding frequency and amount of watering. Avoid oversaturating or letting them dry out too much. Use suitable fertilizers according to the plant's needs.
  • What should I do if my plants show signs of stress after delivery?
    If plants show signs of wilting, yellowing leaves, or other symptoms of stress, adjust care based on the plant's specific needs. Be sure to provide the optimal environment of light, temperature and humidity.
  • What is the shipping cost for plants?
    Shipping cost varies depending on delivery location and the size of your order. We offer three standard shipping options via postal services, with prices adjusted based on the size of your order. In cases where required, additional fees will be weighed and calculated for larger boxes once packed.
  • In which areas are shipments made?
    We ship to all of Puerto Rico, the United States and international shipments.
  • Can I change the shipping address after I have placed the order?
    After purchasing, if you wish to change the shipping address, you must notify us immediately. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to make changes to the delivery address due to shipping service restrictions.
  • What do I do if my plant arrives damaged or in poor condition?
    If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us immediately and send us a photo of the damage when you receive the package. This will help us assist you better. In some cases, we can offer to replace the plant or send a new shipment, especially if the problem is related to packaging. It is important to note that some plants may need time to acclimate to their new environment.
  • How can I be sure that my plants will arrive in good condition?
    We carefully package all of our plants to ensure their safety during shipping. The plants are shipped clean and without soil, and a substrate is added to maintain adequate humidity during transport.
